Room was comfortable however property and room needs maintenance and care. Sink tap fixture was loose and nearly broken. No toilet paper provided. Room key is 100bhat deposit (unnecessary) but strictly followed. Breakfast was only make your own toast and instant (mixed) hot breakfast drink (coffee, milk tea etc. could not bring plates or cups from breakfast area back to room for heartier breakfast bought in town. "Property needs some work, The 'S' from Sita has fallen of the face of the building making it look quite sad, there's a trick to keeping power in your room by needing to move the card and room access needs a couple of swiped, the staff were lovely and the pool was great! No coffee/kettle in room but they are in hotel, just means you have to go out. A good hotel if you need a simple room but you can get better bang for buck elsewhere."
