"The service at the front desk was exceptional, it’s just a pity the property doesn’t live up to the images on the website. No lighting in the pool or gym at night making it feel unsafe. "It's just off the main highway, about 4 km from the center of Bang Saen beach. Plenty of Grab/Bolt bikes and cars in the area. The hotel is a two-story resort type with a huge garden. No elevators. The room itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed, table and chairs, and a desk. The wifi was good. Service was great, the ladies at the reception were happy to reserve a last-minute room for a friend, and the cleaning crew asked in the morning if they should clean, instead of barging in. The only negatives might be that the bathroom is cramped, with a shower head on the wall, and that noise may carry from the other rooms and the common veranda in the front of the rooms. "
