"First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. "This was close to the airport and a good value, but the description of each apartment was inaccurate on Travelocity, which is not something you want to find out about when you arrive after midnight with 2 kids in tow. I hope they fix their Travelocity entry. Namely, we chose a Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment, which was described as offering a King sized bed AND two Twin beds, sleeps 6 people.
