"The staff is fantastic and decisive. We checked-in late at night with no problem. They have a bar 24 hs and also a buffet breakfast for 10 euros (we couldn’t use it, but it’s sounds good). El personal es fantástico y resolutivo. Ingresamos tarde, a la noche, sin problema. Tienen un bar 24 hs. y también un servicio de desayuno por 10 euros (no pudimos usarlo pero suena bueno)."

"This property has a great partnership with the nearby Sparta gym that guests can use. Way better than a hotel gym! Hotel staff were all very gracious. Food pretty good too. We could hear some noise from nearby room."

Staff were amazing, helpful and courteous.great breakfast if you want. Close to the water, restaurants etc. You can walk to anywhere from this location. Beautiful city, we loved it."

"David was super nice and helpful. We got an upgrade to an apt due to them being full which he gave tu us, as a family, which was just so nice. The bus ride is very easy into San Sebastian and the bus stop is right infront of the hotel. I fully recommend. "

"Very convenient location when using for stopover during road trip. Journey time from Santander reasonable and roads very good. Hotel just off the major road. Clean and tidy hotel, usual modern express type venue. Breakfast adequate. No room tea/coffee facilities. Nearby shopping centre has everything needed, walking distance from hotel. "

"Don’t be put off by the outside it’s about each Dia shop. The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are spacious good value for money it’s on the edge of an industrial estate but 2 minutes walker into a great village with plenty of bars restaurants and shops the staff are very helpful and speak English "
