"Quite disappointed with the condition of the room. The door lock was not functioning properly. No spare toilet roll and we ran out of it in the middle of the night! The shower gel dispenser did not work. Shouldn’t the house cleaning staff check on these things when they clean the room everyday? Buffet breakfast spread was sub standard by Accor hotel std. Food was lousy. "

"It's an ideal hotel for family vacation. You can see animals from your balcony. Breakfast was widespread and tasty. The night walk and feeding of animals was fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. and will visit again."

"Definitely the best value for your money. The room is quite spacious, ie, not squeeshy, like many hotels these days. Very clean, very well designed interior, it's catered more for the millenials (but I love it and I'm a Gen-X!), the room and the entire hotel is light and airy. Very friendly and helpful staff. If all fave hotels in Indonesia are like this one, I'd definitely stay in a fave hotel again whenever I'm in Indonesia. Highly recommended, 5 star for everything."
