"Unfortunately with the road construction on Front Street and the building construction right next door to our room/ balcony, I couldn’t give it a five star. I did some floor exercises in our room and did notice a lot of dust on the chair legs - I have to remember to dust the chair leg-bars on my own chairs at home! Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to them!"

"Cute, but dated hotel. Young lady at the front desk was wonderful. Very happy and helpful! Room was nice. Older hotel but you can tell they are working hard to maintain it. The bartender was not very friendly and seemed more interested in talking to the locals there v. taking care of us. "

"The location in proximity to the marathon was excellent, the reason we chose Cambria. The staff were absolutely fantastic, very polite and helpful in a way I’m almost unaccustomed to. The rooms are solid,however, they are growing dated. I stayed at the Cambria over 10 years ago and nothing has changed. There are holes in the curtains and the sitting area tv is a relic. Also, the hvac was spotty. "

"The Sylvan Inn is a comfortable, friendly, and historic bed & breakfast in Glen Arbor, very close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan, and Glen Lake -- an absolutely gorgeous setting for many kinds of outdoor adventures. It's walkable to the shops and restaurants in Glen Arbor, and breakfast was consistently delicious. Great porch for relaxing too, and a convivial place to make new friends while traveling. "

"Clean and convenient. There was no hair dryer when we arrived but a text to the owners and that was fixed in no time. But check before you take a shower if you need a hair dryer! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Cottonwood inn. It’s conveniently located in an area not too far from the beach and local restaurants. The staff was friendly and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our remote had dead batteries and we contacted our host and they were promptly replaced. The one thing I would note is that we had to take really quick showers because the hot water would run cold fast. "The location was great for getting to all the areas we love in NW michigan and the resort property itself is AMAZING as always - but the condo is dated, should offer more linens for the stay due to the fact that there is no washing/drying machine available. Just didn't get a good "clean at home" kind of feeling - the vent when you enter good use a good wipe down. It's the first thing you see! "

"Our condo was beautiful and a GREAT LOCATION in downtown TC. This condo has everything you would need for a wonderful stay and it is impeccably clean! Owners are a phone call or text away. Would definitely go back. Building does not have elevators if you have trouble doing stairs. "
