"Extremely ridiculous check in process. Sent to 3 different properties to check in via someone on WhatsApp who randomly messaged me. Delayed check in process by 1.5 hours. Hotel is not a hotel its rooms above a cafe. Room was dirty upon arrival, fridge was repulsive with mouldy products inside and mould on tray as shown to cafe staff. "So glad we chose the Albergo Alpenrose for our weekend ski trip. It’s next to the lift for local slopes, and close to the bus stop that has free services to the wider Monterosa ski area.
