"It was a clean, spacious, and most comfortable bed with clean beddings. I slept 15 hours straight in a comfy bed. Will definitely stay again and recommended to our friends!!"
"We were disappointed in the noise coming from the Club next door. The music wouldn’t end till 1am The staff was kind and helpful and breakfast was very average "
"The room was nicely decorated and spacious, but there were small roaches which I can understand we are in mountains; however, they were many. Our view was obstructed by a light pole. The bathroom was awkward given the bathtub was wobbly and floor got wet which is a tripping hazard."
"The DelaSol Sapa Hotel has a lot going for it on the surface. It is located right in the center of Sapa town, which is incredibly convenient for exploring, and our room was clean.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. We explicitly booked a "Garden View" room through Expedia, but upon arrival, we were given a room looking directly at a fire escape. "The rooms are spacious. My first room, the air knocked out after 5 min so next day they moved me to another room. I’m glad I got moved as well because the first room bathroom had a bit of a sour smell to it. Gladly the new room did not. The views are nice from this style room. The host is great. Very friendly and always with a smile. Location is within walking distance of everything in town. I would stay again."
"Property was beautiful exactly what we were looking for. Staff and breakfast were lovely. The room was immaculate and very clean. We loved our stay. Will be coming back hopefully again soon."
