"We were very disappointed that the rooms and the hotel did not match the photos. The staff was nice. The place was much smaller than we understood with a fully packed parking lot that surrounded the outdoor eating area and small heated pool. Our rooms were of service only for sleeping. No place to be on a rainy day. One block from the beach made it nice. A nice breakfast, but overall just “okay” coupled with a good attitude from us. "

"Hotel Camburi Praia is a very basic hotel in a small, country village 2hrs south-west of Sao Paulo along the coast. I stayed there for a work engagement. Camburi village is a typical of the area; rustic, weather-beaten, but welcoming enough. You should have some basic knowledge of portuguese though to get by. Hotel Camburi Praia is just off the main street running through the village and about 150m from the beach. It's a very basic hotel (my room 34 was a bit dated, but comfortable enough)....

"Pousada bem localizada. Minhas solicitações na chegada foram atendidas, menos o early check in, mas porque eu solicitei mudança de quarto. Única ressalva é o restaurante (que descobri ser terceirizado)... Pessoas na piscina e ninguém saia de dentro para oferecer o serviço."
