"It was clean, staff was nice, and oh my gosh the view is amazing. I only can complain that it’s quite far from everything. It was about a 20 minute uber drive every time to the center of cape town one way."

"Rooms are not as portrayed and the standard “deluxe” rooms are a complete joke. It’s a prison cell and not suitable for a baby. Nothing deluxe about any of it and overpriced for the room. They absolutely will not accommodate a refund or partial refund even when we could not stay there due to issues with baby. A complete joke and nothing luxury or relaxing about this hotel. Found many other places 100 percent better for less and much more luxurious. "

"Great area and property ! Travelled from the uk with family to Cape Town on holiday . Everything in apartment was fine except they could do with having fans or AC. Especially for those of us coming from colder climates not used to the heat there. Check in process could be better too . Overall safe area with a lot of security, it’s a gated community so you feel very safe ."

"The property was comfortable enough with friendly staff. Parking offered with electric security gate. Only wish the staff would advise noisy patrons to be cognisant of others by not making noise in the early hours of the morning when some of us are still resting (I struggle to sleep as is). Nothing as annoying as people screaming or talking loud or children crying non-stop at 3am or 4am in the morning. It's unacceptable!"

"Hosts were amazing. So helpful. Room spacious and included safe, microwave and mini fridge. Huge super comfy bed. Plenty of changes of bedding and towels. Secure parking via remote activated gate. Breakfast offers a good variety for a Guest House. Our room had a balcony and a daily view of the ever changing Table Mountain."

While the agent is generally responsive their 2 interventions were not effective and we had to cease using the toilet. Flooring in the living area is damaged. No toiletries provided.
