"Very disgusting no air conditioning, also bed blankets very heavy( winter type) very hot room , window can’t be opened to much, closed courtains make worst the heat , we had a bad time slipping. No solution was given. "

Food at the hotel is also very expensive even for Switzerland standards, so would recommend eating out. Parking is also limited at the hotel and on a first come basis. "

"Very welcoming to us and had to come back to the hotel to check us in as we arrived late on day of arrival. We were told we had to inform them of arriving after 8pm but this was not mentioned in our Hotels.com reservation. The following morning reception called us to offer us advice on the surrounding area as we did not have any time during a normal check in process. I thought that this was a very nice touch. Our room, in an annexe across the street, was large and spacious with very comfortable...

"We had a great time. The apartment was just what we needed with 2 bedrooms. The staff was super friendly. The food at the resturant was excellent. I wish i got the server and chefs name, best meal in germany so far. We were able to walk down to a park a few blocks away to view the lake. I wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area. "

"We enjoyed our stay and although a little dated the room was a good size and the balcony was worth paying extra for. We had a ground floor room which was handy as we travel with our two mini dachshunds. Breakfast was ok, adequate and offered good seating areas. Parking was free and just outside the door. "
