"WOW, I absolutely loved my stay in this hotel! I travelled alone, but the whole staff made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The two daughters (around my age) were really helpful, regarding practical 'stuff'; and I really appreciated their enthusiasm and support regarding me climbing the Gran Paradiso summit! "The hotel itself is a bit dated but I didn't expect Club Med for the price. The location (directly across from Club Med) and the staff (Marion in particular) were amazing. Marion was a huge help providing information on parking, ski rental, and activity cards. The included breakfast was also fantastic! "
