"Fantastic place to stay within easy walking distance to rail service's and the river. Room was very spacious with small kitchen and plenty of places to hang clothes. Bed was very comfortable only down side was the plug in the wah hand basin once pushed down to fill sink with water to shave, i didnt know you had to go under the sink and fiddle about with rod's to push the plug back up to allow water to drain away. "Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

You have to get the key from the main hotel next to the station but the room was nice and we had good nights sleep. "The hotel is nice. When we arrived the heating did not work and also no hit water. It was very anoying since we came late and they tried to solve the issue but still we could not shower until morning so my sleep was very bad. In the morning the hot water was fixed and we could shower. The breakfast was very good and relaxed. I would come again to the hotel but very the heating and hot water is working! "

"We enjoyed staying here. There were several swimming options and parks for our children. We traveled from the US (we speak English and German but not Dutch). However, people were friendly and helped us navigate. It’s a short drive to several cities and we just enjoyed time at the resort, also."

"Very warm welcome feom the hotels reception staff member, nomlift bit its just a one floor then it should not be a problem, car park by the hotel is great, just mind that if you come out after 8 pm then ise your room key to open the main entrance,i was not told and luckily i guessed.
