"The staff made sure we had access to locked parking for our motorcycle. The room had a small kitchenette which was clean but walls were marked. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Next door to an ice hockey rink so we got to see a match. Not sure about the neighborhood but we were only staying one night"

Pokaždé si objednáváme i snídani, kterou nám ochotný personál udělá dle našeho přání. Pokoj máme vždy čistě upravený. Jen je škoda, že je zavřená restaurace, na jídlo se musí jet jinam."

"We book the hotel two month before coming. We ask for room with king or queen bed. We got room with 4 individual beds. It look like a dorm room.The front desk was not very helpful.There is no elevator and no one to bring your luggage up the stares. There is nothing in the room. No clock radio no small fridge, the bathroom has one little soap and little packed shampoo . We ran out of toilette paper. The shower is too small. Every time I turned, I hit the water control and change the temperature...

"Wir waren als 3 köpfige Familie vor Ort. Ab dem ersten Tag habe ich mehrmals täglich versucht die fehlenden Handtücher oder auch Duschtücher zu bekommen. Nach 1 Tag bekamen wir für 3 Personen 2 kleine Handtücher. Die Duschtücher haben wir nie erhalten. Die Angestellten wirken eher uninteressiert an den Bedürfnissen der Kunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, aber sauber. Fernseher vor Ort, jedoch funktioniert dieser nicht, da 2 Steckdosen gebraucht werden, es aber nur eine gibt....
