"This was a return visit to say thank you to the Team for finding my iPad last year and for sending it back to the U.K. my stay this time was as delightful as before and I would recommend the hotel to my friends. "Fantastic location! Not too many restaurants in the area but with the tram and bus stops steps from the hotel everything is easy to get to. Front door is locked at all times so dont forget the code. Breakfast buffet is great, ticks all the boxes and with lots of well-lit space to sit in. Rooms are a bit older but well kept."

"This place is horrendous and Hotels.com should de-list it immediately. They tried to put us in an ancient Caravan that looked like it hadn't been used for years. Seriously I would be reluctant to put our dog in it. The Fridge was being cleaned (outside the Caravan) when we arrived but we couldnt quite see anything due to the flies swarming around it. The bedding also looked dirty and grubby. We had no choice but to immediately get back in the car and find somewhere else. I asked for my money...
