"The first room smelled of mold or wet carpet. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the two employees were in a heated debate. The second room was fine until, we had to go out. The ironing board wes broken and iron leaked water all over my clothes. There was a plate and saucer that stayed in the hallway the entire 4days. I informed housekeeping the second day and she smiled and said ok. It was still there when I checked out!! The bed was super comfortable "

Oh the beds are so soft and the pillows and that is my concern when I stayed places: I am wondering if the beds are rock hard which affects my back in the worse way.
