"The room was clean and tidy, was just a little disappointed with the size as we booked a deluxe. Also disappointed with the lack of glasses or coffee laking facilities, other than that, the property is excellent, first class restaurant and you can buy their products (jams/marmalade etc) directly from reception."

The location is a bit far from the main attractions, but it’s convenient if you have a car. Catania and Syracuse are both around a 30-minute drive away.

"The room was outstanding and our doors opened up to the terrace that overlooked the Duomo. In the mornings this is where the extra special breakfast was served. Local pies with vegetables, salami, cheese and fresh fruit. If you like gran ok and yoghurt this was also available. The pomegranate juice, cappuccino and espressos were delicious. "We we're well taken care of after arriving late due to an accident.Simone ordered us a taxi to pick us up from the hospital then ordered us a pizza as we were very late.Gaia the house keeper was very helpful translating information and bookings to continue our journey.The room was fabulous with amazing views from the balcony ,I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Ragusa."
