Next morning the Hotel Staff or owner force me to pay another time explaining me they did only the deposit and start to show me different papers, I refuse to pay another time explaining him several times I already did the payment at that point he become very rude and kick me off the Hotel Hall. So be careful with this Hotel the manner are very rude and unprofessional if you listen to him you maybe charged twice as often Italian...

"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. And the elevator is small, 4 people is probably the maximum it would fit. There is a facility person and two vending...

"All Rooms are ground floor and purpose built in a courtyard with a garden setting, with parking close to the Rooms. Good size rooms comfortable bed good bathroom facilities. Maybe slightly tired looking but comfortable. Excellent location near the autostrada and easy to find."

"Large, comfortable room. Unusually large TV provided. Easy parking. Industrial area so not scenic/walkable. Excellent restaurant next door but there are cheaper options in easy driving distance (outside of Sassuolo). Sassuolo itself isn't particularly driver-friendly so one is better off heading to nearby towns for restaurants. Large supermarket up the road and small refrigerator (empty) in room so can use as personal mini bar. AC may require assistance from hotel staff to make function...
