The owner is very kind and helpful. I came late one day from Milan and it was rainy and dark . I didn't find any taxi and couldn't walk alone , I called recepetion and Elena the owner came by her own car and took me to the hotel. "The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc."
