"É um bom hotel, mas… Piorou na manutenção (ar condicionados azedos pelo hotel), piorou nos serviços (faltando até pratos no café), e piorou na tranquilidade ao alugarem quartos para mensalistas muito barulhentos. O preço piorou porque é de outro nível, não condizente com a situação atual"

"I liked a Lot. The shower is specially warm and for breakfast I could have two types of homemade cakes and a contryside cheese. As It was Saturday to Sunday, It was very calm and I could have a proper rest at night. There is a very good restaurant close, that is called Churrascaria Encantado. The only thing that bottered me a little there was the shower floor that wasnt proper clean and I could see some hair over It. Quite disgusting."

"The chalets were atrocious. There were bugs everywhere. The chalet was old and with holes everywhere. You could see daylight through the cracks. Hence the bugs. The sheets were yellow and the pillow was moldy. There were dogs barking very early in the morning and the breakfast buffet was terrible. "

"Não muito boa, quando cheguei a recepção estava tomada por pessoas de um evento, o hotel aluga o auditório para eventos e usa o espaço da recepção para acomodar as pessoas, resultado é uma recepção lotada de gente e o hóspede que se vire. Além disso tive sérios problemas com um pessoal que estava hospedado no mesmo adar fazendo até tarde da doite uma algazarra horrível, liguei para a recepção e não fizeram absolutamente nada, passei a noite horrível, isso depois de dirigir o dia inteiro. "
