"Great property. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the morning. Excellent restaurant, the next street over, so easy walk for dinner."

"The staff is very attentive, simple and always willing to serve. Reception should be though more warm and welcoming. It seems they work under some pressure. They should be trained to make the Balneário more welcoming. This is not a reprimand, but only a suggestion for management to improve the place. "

"Great staff and wonderful property to relax. Resourceful staff members always willing to help us. Great restaurant near by. "

"The location is great, allowing access to the surrounding cities and attractions in and around the city. The room and accessories are adequate, and the only downside is the various blood stains on the walls, from mosquitoes that probably sucked the blood of customers. The breakfast is excellent, with proteins, carbohydrates and various fruits, allowing for a good combination. I recommend it!"

"O hotel é muito bom e confortável O café da manhã é uma delícia. O jantar é a lá carte. Quartos grandes e bem arejados com TV e ar condicionado."

"Foi excelente a nossa hospedagem. Tudo estava ótimo e só temos a agradecer"

"Beautiful place, good location, but the room was too small as it was the bathroom, breakfast was really poor without regional food (bread, eggs, cheese, 2 sorts of fruits, market made cake, ham) no jam, no ‘doce de leite’, no canastra cheese, no skimmed milk. And nobody helped. "

"Terrible in so many ways and super dirty"

"O atendimento foi ruim, reservei um quarto e me deram outro quarto diferente e inferior, no app diz que tem academia, reservei ele por conta disso e não possuía. Tirando isso, o hotel é confortável e com vista bonita."

"Muito bom super recomendo. Tudo limpo e organizado uma pamonha deliciosa no café da manhã."
