"First, the positives. We thought the staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was quite large and well laid out with good lighting..The decor was funky but in a good way. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large with a good shower. We also really liked the water bottle refill station in the lobby. A few important negatives: The fire exit stairs led to a locked door! We were only able to exit the building from the fire exit steps by going through the pool area. This would have been...

"Everyone who worked there was exceptional. I liked that I could text them easily if I needed towels or ask questions or whatever. I enjoyed the buffet as well. It's a beautiful building with history and it's close to everything you would want to visit in Seattle."

"Good hotel for the pricing with some nice amenities. Only complaint was one of the TVs in our room wouldn't work. Called the front desk who told me they couldnt help and that they could text someone, but no one would likely respond. Spent the entire time with no TV, no discount for not having a TV, and zero concern from the staff about it."

"The hotel was very nice and in a nice part of town. Our only negative experience was our flight out there was delayed by a day because of airline’s mechanical problems. We called and they would not consider not charging us for the day we missed. We were charged two days for only one nights stay. That seemed very disrespectful to our situation. It wouldn’t make a hill of beans difference in their bottom line to have done the right thing. "
