"This hotel has potential, but unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by several major issues.
The first disappointment was the lack of basic amenities in the room. I don’t mean extras like an iron or coffee maker, but true essentials such as shampoo and conditioner. When I called the front desk, they confirmed that only soap is provided. For a hotel that presents itself as a 3-star, this is simply unacceptable.

"Experiência muito boa. Equipe nota 10, pessoal muito atencioso. Local com boa infra (inclusive elevador e mini academia), tudo muito limpo, bem localizado, bonito, bem decorado, mobília de qualidade. Quarto com cortinas blackout muito boas, banho excelente, café da manhã ótimo (sortido, gostoso, com horários amplos), varanda com vidros, vista da cidade.
