"My husband and I went to see the wild flowers and were just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. This lodge was such a nice surprise! Our room was beautiful, had a fridge and a coffee maker with tea and coffee provided, and a huge bathtub. The farm itself is also very nice with a lot of wild flowers, and orange trees that smell like heaven. The best part was the dinner. It turns out that the chef/owner used to run a famous restaurant in Stellenbosch and he made us an incredible...

"This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. Listening to the waves crash against the shore was soothing. Our bed came with three blankets which I thought was a little odd, but during the night it became a little chilly and I was happy to have the extra blankets. We happened to overnight while a large wedding was scheduled so breakfast was really busy and quite noisy with lots of little...

"Large downstairs lounge / kitchen. All the facilities you need for family stay. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, air con, gas heater, microwave, gas hob, oven TV and Wifi. Just bring food. Space to sleep up six.

"Total misinformation about locality and accessibility, please review this and provide directions. If one visits Lambert's Bay first and the distance as the crow flies is 25km the road trip distance is almost 200km this will not suit many travelers. My cost for the rental car was R1544 to get to the destination, Unacceptable."
