"Overall, hotel and room are very clean and well appointed."

"The gym was fine every time we wanted to use the pool we had to track maintenance down to remove all kinds of equipment that was in the pool and the pool had way too much chlorine in it it burned my eyes. There was a little bit of sweet and snow and the maintenance could not even put salt down on the property the parking lot as well as the sidewalk was a complete sheet of ice my husband and I struggled getting to the car without falling and breaking our neck. And last but not least our stay was double charged they charged our discover card and our Capital One card. We contacted the property to let them know and the manager was extremely rude to deal with and did not offer anything to make up for the mistake"

"The ac unit was apparently broken in the room I initially booked but it was also broken in my room. It was extremely hot. The shower was broken you could take an extremely hot or cold but not medium temp shower and water would spew everywhere. "

"This felt like a classic B&B. Regular interactions with the owners, who are wonderful. And the environment promotes conversation among guests, particularly at breakfast. The room was clean and pleasant. Looking forward to coming back some day. "
