"Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. "

"The staff are attentive, kind and helpful. The location is great - on a marvellous beach. The area has a plethora of good restaurants and yoga places. The hotel was clean. They were renovating the hotel when we were there, but we hardly noticed it. The electricity supply was not entirely stable, so be careful if you have important online meetings. It can be a bit noisy at night, but that's part of the atmosphere. I hope to get the chance to visit again. Warm recommendations from here. "

"I had a nice stay here. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant was nice too and got a bit lively at night. It's located very close to Patnem beach which has just the right amount of liveliness, lounges and restaurants-to-relaxed vibe ratio. The hotel itself is not really a "resort" as of yet. "Close to the main railway station. DO NOT get a front facing room as you will be kept awake most of the night from the train horns! Also had a bite to eat - when I went to pay, reception DID NOT HAVE CHANGE for 500 rupees!!! Young man (on night/evening shift) on reception was very helpful and friendly, speaking pretty good English."
