"Hotel was clean and room very acceptable. Breakfast was below average and not easy to access the buffet. Bar okay. Location handy for Arndale centre, but not great late at night. Check in was slow. Too much chat with guests when other guests waiting."

"The staff really helpful, breakfast was good .the pool gym and other facilities excellent but the hotel in general eas looking a bit tired. "

"It was lovely. Super Clean and comfortable with really friendly staff, bar, front desk and housekeeping. Really good value for money. One downside, i got a hot chocolate to take to bed and when i got it upstairs and went to drink it, it had obviously run out of chocolate. I didn't report it as i was already in bed but it probably just needs more regular checking. "
