"1. Very difficult check in process online, and time consuming.
2. Difficult entry and exit in the building and in the room, key pads not working right and online virtual keys taking too long to work.
3. Not the room from the pictures, I think they switch the room - you pay for one and they give you a lower quality one.
4.MOLD IN THE BATHROOM.
5. No complimentary water, why? Are they that cheap?
6. Building has the feeling of being haunted."
"The air conditioning didn’t work, they sent up a service guy who was worthless, promised to move us next day but didn’t. 2 nights without don’t a/c then lied to us. Would no recommend this specific IBIS hotel, had stay at other ibis hotels that were fine, not this one. Will be contacting my credit card to reverse payment"
"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"A good place to stay if you require just a room to sleep in with a private toilet. Very central location close to Romania’s famous old town. Nothing sophisticated… No special amenities or services. The staff will provide you with instructions to access the hotel and your room digitally, since the front desk does not operate 24/7.
If you’re looking for a place to sleep and take a shower and spend your entire day exploring the country, this hotel would make a good and an affordable choice."
"Struttura ben collegata a due passi dai mezzi pubblici in pieno centro. Il personale dell'hotel estremamente cordiale a differenza della popolazione incontrata e dei gestori di locali. Colazione essenziale più salata che dolce. La struttura pulitissima è silenziosa nonostante circondata da locali aperti fino a notte fonda. Soggiorno andato benissimo"
"All the facilities were good, place were clean, lots of restaurants/cafes and supermarket in the building which was very convenient. However, there was not much cooking pots/utensil to use and couldn’t find place to dump all the waste when the bins got full. Other than that, still recommend to stay at this apartment."

Nei dintorni si trovano anche ristoranti e locali di ogni tipo. La camera è veramente ampia, pulita e offre una serie di servizi, tra cui minibar free, bollitore e macchina del caffè, oltre a cassaforte e asse da stiro. Struttura assolutamente consigliata."
"The hotel is a modern hotel. Rooms came with a/c and were spacious for our needs. Fridge in the room and a kettle. No provision for tea or coffee or milk.
Shame there is no bar in the evening. Everything shuts up by 8pm.
Fairly close to the city centre, taxi needed mostly to get around.
Breakfast is European not much fruit options other than. Apples or oranges.
We had a good stay and visited a lot of what Bucharest had to offer.
Staff were friendly and helpful."
