"Lovely staff could not do more. Check parties before arrival- I could not sleep past midnight one evening due to party. Room does not include breakfast which seems a little mean as it can be bought for 3-4 dollars at restaurant.

"Such a bad experience! Horrible service and rude staff. The lady in the front desk would not let us check in, claiming that she didn’t have our reservation even do we had already paid.
I do not recommend this place!
Wrong address and phone number
And I still haven’t received my money back."

"疲れた心と身体を癒すには最高のホテルです。２日目はアーユルヴェーダのトリートメントだけだったのですが、午後のトリートメントが終わるまでお部屋を使わせてくれたり、おなかをこわしていたのですが、レストランの人がシナモンのお粥とフルーツを出してくれたり心温まる対応で、安心して滞在することができました。
ドクターのカウンセリングも素晴らしく、的確にそして簡潔にクライアントの状態を見極めて最適なトリートメントを提案してくれます。決して安くはないですが、それだけ の価値は感じられるホテルです。"
