"Lovely family who own this hotel. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could. Very clean rooms. They need to hire a chef and provide dining for guests. Even though we had a car to drive to dinner parking was next to impossible. Had to hire cab to get dinner."

"Everything was absolutely spectacular! Anne was very helpful through and through and so was the staff. We even had to check out early because of a mix-up (different situation) and she said the next time we visit breakfast is on the house! The only reason communication was not excellent was that we had difficulty contacting them because we didn't have an international plan and they did not have WhatsApp. That would be our only suggestion so we could contact them on Wifi. "We had a wonderful stay. We were in town to visit family. Captain Mike was a great host, extremely accommodating, helped us check in late, had breakfast made every morning and went above and beyond to provide food we liked (even milk for our baby). He liked to talk a lot and normally I would have loved to speak more but I had a lot of family things to attend to so I didn't have the opportunity to relax and have a coffee and talk. "Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner. 1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it. 2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. "We booked a 2 night stay , our ferry arrived at 6am but the owner very kindly let us check in at 7.30am which was perfect as we have travelled from the uk. I had researched the properties and after seeing all the reviews i knew we were in for a treat.
