"Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didn’t provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in. The only positive was the staff were responsive. "

"the hotel is located close to the airport and offers free drop and pick up. We were staying for a night before our flight so the hotel suited us. Cleanliness was just ok. The breakfast was decent. Staff was courteous even when we told them they need to improve. So looks like it will take some steps to improve. Otherwise our stay was ok. "

"As I was travelling with my wife, I've booked a room with Queen size bed. Upon arrival, the receptionist gave me a room with seperate beds... With me asking for a room change he agreed for joining the beds in exisiting room. I asked for changing the linen and pillow covers, to which the hotel boy claimed that there are no more linens at the hotel. Then I asked for a room change, to which they agreed and gave me a room which was dusty enough to give me an allergy trigger. I've stayed in this...

"Showers wholly inadequate. Fittings needed replacing - lack of good maintenance. Calm atmosphere. Food ok but little choice. Personnel friendly but poor communication."

"On the plus side the staff were friendly and helpful- breakfast was varied and tasty. The bed linen and bath towels were fresh and clean. The bathroom however could have been cleaner. There was no hot water and the air condition did not work. The photos on the internet must have been taken many years ago as they do not show the state of the hotel as it is now"
