"I am not sure what makes this hotel a 3* and not a 4* but we found it to be excellent. The layout of the hotel in a square around the pool makes it very private and secluded. The location is also great. It's a short walk to the marina with lots of restaurants and shops and a night market and its also close to two beautiful beaches you can walk to. It's close to supermarkets so you can buy anything you need. The pool is large and we always got a space around it with plenty of umbrella's. The room...

El personal muy amable y además nos gustó el restaurante!
El apartamento estaba en un bajo y no tenía muy buena luz y además tuvimos una cucaracha, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, estaba limpio y nos cambiaron las toallas/sábanas cada 3 días. Alomejor sí que queda algo pequeño para 5 personas pero es suficiente porque no estuvimos mucho allí.
Para aparcar muy bien y también a nivel ubicacion pues está muy bien comunicado con todo.

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Bahia in May 2026. I really enjoyed the character of the hotel, particularly knowing that it is family-owned and was the first hotel ever built in Menorca. It gives the hotel a lovely sense of history and charm.
They even gave me a lovely little keyring featuring the traditional Menorcan sandals, which was such a thoughtful touch and a nice keepsake from my stay.
The location was excellent and made it very easy to get to and from Ciutadella, with great transport...

- pas d accueil physique / arrivée assez chaotique (le numéro de réservation ne fonctionnait pas) = avons du échanger par whatsapp avec le service client avec traduction préalable en espagnol pour arriver enfin à s enregistrer (après 1h...)
- Petite odeur d humidité dans la chambre
Point positif :
- très bien situé au coeur de la ville, super calme (sauf quand les voisins s imaginent seuls dans l hôtel) et chambre fonctionnelle et agréable
- à proximité de commerces...

Seuls bémols seraient la propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée (poubelle non vidée, état vétusté de la poubelle de la salle de bain) et petit déjeuner non varié... une cafetière dans la chambre serait sympa ....
