The breakfast bar was a total disaster the second day (no refiling of food, indifferent attitude of staff, no clean up of the eating area). The front desk attendant seemed oblivious to the problem when notified. No staff attendant available for checkout despite the several travelers waiting. "

"Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "
