"This was an absolute scam, the shower head was so dirty, paint on the wall was cracked and peeling, elevator sounds and looks like it’s for the 1900’s, also we only got half a roll or toilet paper roll in our room for 4 days, when it was done we needed to go asked for it at the front desk. The room wasn’t even cleaned properly. This hotel definitely discouraged me from going to Puerto Rico again. And also no parking, we got over $200 in tickets overnight "
