"Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase. They don't provide paper or kitchen towels or napkins, so pick those up at Tesco. Overall, wonderful space. Would recommend."

"I've never had such kind and friendly service in a hotel before. Esther, Ellen, Eric and really all the staff at reception desk were amazing. There are fancier places to stay, but this was clean and I've never had friendlier service. The service in the convenience store next door was a little less friendly and impersonal."
