The PDF instructions provided contained wrong room number - the rooms are in fact LETTERS (spent 20 minutes parked waiting for a call back from the office/guest support). "The room was fine. Kitchenette was micro sized, barely usable and the shower head was a joke. Place was clean and comfortable but my goodness a lot of stairs, really hard for a disabled Senior."
