"They were trying but the towels were thin, scratchy, and grey. The bedding was pilled. We were told there would be an electric kettle but none was provided. The A/C worked well. "They takes reservation which is not honored or cancelled. Arrived at the hotel during check in send away by the management saying hotel is fully reserved.
