"The property was stinking really bad, room was not up to par, there were stains on bedsheet and pillow cover. Horrible parking space the elevator was not working…. As we were about to leave the parking space someone parked right in front of exit we waited but no one came to help we had to figure it out by ourselves. Would not recommend "

"The rooms and the property is well maintained. The staff is very nice and very accomodating. My daughter cannot handle spicy food, thank you to the chefs and the service to provide food on special requests! The rooms are well maintained, clean, and have great views! There is also a food court very close by if needed. Overall, a great stay! Thank you! PS: they do not accept international cards at the hotel yet, please make sure you have other means to pay if needed!"

"This hotel is set up high near what is called The Mall which is a long retail street. You are not allowed to drive to the hotel as vehicle access is not allowed to the area so your bags have to be carried by porter. The hotel has spectacular views, the staff are friendly and helpfull. There is a good restaurant and importantly the location is great to walk to points of interest."

"In the site of Expedia it is mentioned that the location of the hotel is in Shimla But the hotel is far away even 15 KM away from kufri. The rooms are not good the flush of the toilet is not functioning we have to wait more than an hour to got it repaired . Our family, my friend and his family also with me, insisted us to vacate the room. We have vacated the rooms next day early in the morning eventhough we booked the rooms for 2 days. "The floors were unswept. The additional pillows in the cupboard were also so dusty that it caused an allergic reaction. Our rooms were located towards the end of the corridor, where there was dingy/broken furniture and a few male employees always hanging out there which was very uncomfortable everytime we opened the door"
