"What an unique location. The only way to get across to the hotel is by hand pulled raft or a small rowing boat if you don't have any large luggage. The hotel is so tranquil and in beautiful grounds. Modern bathroom. One of the few places we stayed where the room had a safe. Also they allow you to use the pool & spa after check out if you have a late flight. Excellent dinner options served. Some people might think the rooms on the small size considering the price paid."

From the balcony of our room, we had the most breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. It was absolutely mesmerizing and made our stay feel extra special. The location is perfect—shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, yet the hotel feels peaceful and secluded, with nature all around. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also used the hotel's airport shuttle service, which was really convenient. "The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is convenient right next to the lake on a street with shops and restaurants. The rooftop is nice with a view. We enjoyed the stay. The only issue we had was that the water from the shower head was not hot enough, we had to use the lower part of the shower. "
