"Uno dei due receptionist gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Unica nota positiva. Addirittura per due giorni non mi hanno rifatto la stanza. La mattina del check-out non c’era nessuno perché aprivano alle 7 ma io dovevo andarmene alle 6."

"Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up and we were put in the wrong room but this was quickly rectified and we got upgraded. Staff assisted with booking taxis and also bus tickets. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Only issue was that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for food in the evenings so we had to make other plans but the staff were helpful with that also. Good location to the city centre amenities - taxi cost only around 3...

"The hotel is a 2minutes walk to the Bus Station. It is nowhere near the city centre. Check in is upstairs so not great if you have luggage. On my arrival no help was offered with my bag but help was offered on departure. My room lock would not work on arrival but the next day at my insistence it was fixed. The little restaurant was good and inexpensive. The breakfast was also pretty good."
