"Wir haben einen vollkommen gelungene Winterurlaub verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, schön eingerichtet und in sauberem Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider wurde kurzfristig das in der Buchung enthaltene Frühstück abgesagt. Hier erfolgte eine Minderung des Reisepreises. Des Weiteren war leider der Wellnessbereich (Sauna/ Whirlpool etc.) des Hauses, mit Ausnahme des Freizeit- und Fitnessraum, nicht geöffnet. Dies wurde uns aber vorab nicht mitgeteilt! "Die Betten standen schlecht. Die Person die an der Wand schlief mußte über den Vordermann klettern. Die Matrazen waren viel zu weich. Wir hatten beide Kreuzschmerzen. Das Fernsehn war viel zu klein und konnte vom Tisch her nicht benutz werden. Es ist nicht jedermanssache vom Bett aus Fernzu- sehen. Die Betreuung war ganz mies. Nach einem Stromausfall, der einen halben Tag dauerde, wurde nicht einmal danach geschaut ob das Licht wieder ging. In unserem Zimmer funktioniert das Licht noch am...
