"I stay IBIS because I know what to expect. This was no exception. The only reason I gave 3 stars for staff and service is because I was left waiting at the unattended front desk for check-in. That said I later noticed the front desk person doubling as dining room hostess and order taker! I felt sorry for her and think IBIS should spring for additional staff coverage."

Je ne pense pas que c’était marqué sur la réservation et il y avait un petit coin salon avec table des chaises, les chaises carrément sur la table inacceptable pour cet Hotel aussi bien noté donc très déçu en plus pas de produit pour se laver le corps.
