"Hotel Taxi was exactly what we needed in Bratislava. FREE PARKING (parking costs are extortionate in Bratislava) and right next to the train station. The station is a little bit out from the centre/old town, so we were in a perfect location. The hotel is basic, but the beds and linen were spotless, the rooms were clean and the showers were powerful with plenty of hot water. The staff were all friendly and spoke great English. Thanks for a great stay! "

"It was good. I only have two things that I wasn't happy about: the shower was fixed the way that the water spray straight towards the shower curtain and it wasn't possible to change it. We had to take the hose off the holder. Second, both soap dispenser and shower gel dispenser are fixed to the wall too high. Otherwise good stay, great breakfast and very nice staff that day"

"The listing is misleading. The fact that there is no elevator and no one to check you in is hidden in the fine print very well. Expedia did nothing to assist with this issue and even one agent was snarky enough to say: you should have read the whole listing. I appreciate Luauna who helped by making sure we were only charged for the one night and then the owner of the restaurant helped my party get to the train to Vienna."
