"Definitely a nice stay for Tapolca. There was plenty of food, it was not amazing, but there was a good selection. The hotel caters to a large number of guests. The spa, fitness, and lobby facilities were quite nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit stiff for me."

A Service charge is added to the price of the meals, something I find a bit offensive because it assumes too much, I would leave more for a tip but the management made that decision for me.
