"Maple Inn will forever be where I stay no matter where I need to go in the bay area. The neighborhood is quite and there are tons of restaurant choices within walking distance. The staff was so friendly and attentive, no matter what I asked for they delivered. The Inn feels warm and inviting unlike most places that have that slick, cold corporate feel. The room was super clean and expertly apointed. There's even a nice robe for you in the closet. There's a coffee, tea and cucumber water station 24/7 and well stocked vending machines on every floor. The breakfast buffet (which is complimentary) was way more than I expected. Scrambled eggs with cheese, ham, sausage, potatos, pancakes, bagels, muffins, fruit, chobani yogurt, rice and miso soup(my favorite) also cold and hot cereals. The pool area is beautiful and a great place to have your breakfast as it opens up right next to the dining room. I can't say enough good about it and I can't believe how reasonable the price was! Can't wait to go back."

"Breakfast was great! Our double queen size rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was on the smaller side…even though no AC was present, the fan was very helpful. We will definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed here twice on our trip. It’s an older hotel but it’s clean and good service. Beds are very hard. But easy to get to the airport. Would stay again. "

"The airport shuttle was horrible when I got picked up. the driver was abusive. I'll leave it at that. The manager at the hotel was so calm, and kind and supported me through this bad experience on the phone and continued to acknowledge that yes this was not okay and did his best to make it all okay and he did. Manager was my total hero in this situation and I appreciated him SO MUCH. My room was excellent and the breakfast looked good but I had to leave too early to eat it. Shuttle driver in the morning was professional and not scary and made sure I got to where I was going. Travelers really need compassionate people to give help needed."
