"Absolutely no complaints! The hotel is a short walk to downtown. It is directly on SJDS beach. It has a well maintained pool which was awesome for the kids. The rooms were small but fine. We weren’t in them much anyway. They serve delicious classic Nica breakfast with fresh fruit and juice. Can’t beat it! The owner is absolutely wonderful and accommodating and helped us call taxis and even made my kids a special pancake breakfast one morning. Incredible views of the mountains and beach. Sunsets...

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white. We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor. The lady coordinating the check-in blamed their office for having inaccuracies on their listing. After going back and forth she agreed to bring in a couple more mattresses in order to...
