"Staff were always happy to help and very pleasant. We stayed for 4 nights and tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious! Pool facilities were outstanding as well as the bar, restaurant food , rooms and the maid service. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to book a hotel in Santander."

"Unfortunately, we were only at the property for a few hours and it was night time, so we didn't really see anything other than the room and the front office. But what little we saw was promising. It's just unfortunate that they close the facilities early. My son wanted to use the gym and I wanted to get a massage but everything closes down at 10pm and we arrived at 9:30pm."

"The hotel feels dated but it's nautically themed so it's forgiveable. Found myself having to isolate a buzzing switchboard however at night to sleep. Great staff, nice comfortable room and a decent shower. Bit of a walk from the bus station but would be a short taxi ride and plenty of on street parking available. Close to the beach. "

"Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Lovely touch on both arrival ( glass of cava) and departure (small gift). Location is good for walking to central areas. Rooms very clean and modern. Only downside is parking which is very tight and there are only half a dozen spaces ( hotel is small probably no more than 15 rooms total so presumably sufficient). We would definitely stay there again. "

"On arrival at 13.00 we were told that we could not have our room key until 14.30. Fair enough although most hotels that we have stayed in have been flexible on this point. Asked if they had a room for luggage while we went for lunch. No but we could leave it in the lounge. "Stay was great, easy, comfortable. The room felt so clean it could’ve been brand new. Staff was great and helpful with late check in instructions and good breakfast. Only slight downside is that walls are thin enough and area quiet enough to hear the people above/next door fairly easy at night. Just add your own white noise or earplugs and you’re set."

"Stayed here for 1 night after arriving on ferry at Santander it’s about 20 mins drive away from Santander but worth the drive. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to the sea and amenities. We had 2 dogs the hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were perfect for us spacious clean with ample toiletries. "I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
