"I don’t think I’ve ever given a 1 start but we had a bad experience on pretty much everything, the staff were fairly nice, but the pool was green/dirty, the bathroom sink was falling apart and it only had hot water. The shower faucet only had cold water. The floor was dirty by the night stand. No mini fridge, no phone to connect to reception. The AC unit made a noise like it was gonna break, the balcony was dirty, Reception opened at 8am. Breakfast was at 8 am which was a little late for me....

"Cute little hotel. Big rooms but no amenities. Breakfast choices are ok for a few days, although coffee is bad. Staff are hit or miss. Some of them not really professionally 😞"

"Very cute and clean hotel and very close to the beach, within walking distance"

"En general el lugar es lindo, buen desayuno, buena atención. Lo visitaría nuevamente. Lo que no me gustó es que el día que me quede estaban sin agua."

"The staff was very helpful. My Spanish is not good but they understood me fine. The manager/owner speaks very good English and is a real nice guy. He and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The place is only a few blocks from the beach and very affordable. No noisy bars just peace and quite. The place was clean and quite with great AC. You can use the kitchen to cook and they always have free drinking water available. Right next to a park and playground for kids and their prices can't be...

"A affordable clean, basic and safe option in San Juan Del Sur. The staff is excellent and it's close to everything 👍"

"La habitación muy linda, el lugar en general también, el desayuno muy muy rico, si andas en tu vehículo es excelente opción ya que no está tan cerca de la bahía (aunque largo tampoco) La atención muy buena. ☺️"

"Staff are really friendly and attentive to guess. But, my room was terrible. The AC broke down in the middle of the night and water had low pressure "

"I have stay there a few times before. This excellent place , nice view, very secure .."

"Good folks. Good vibe. "

"There was no one at the reception. We wait almost 25 minutes for someone to show up. We look in every room, bathroom, we called while waiting there and still no one showed up. Then I call another number I found and a very angry sir answered questioning if I have a reservation and where I made it. He showed up and he said he didnf even know about it because expedia didnt notify him and he didnt have the room we booked so he gave us one for 6 people which is fine but there were not towels ready,...

"Deberían de tener más variedad en el menú ya que no hay más lugares cercanos para comprar alimentos"

"Le monsieur est très gentil j’ai eu beaucoup de plaisir à converser avec lui en espagnol"

"Good bang for the buck"
