"The Holiday Inn is a very nice, newer hotel with lots of amenities in a perfect location off of Hwy 20. The staff and service are always great. Because it's only a few years old, it's disappointing that the Hotels.com bookings have been in rooms that are already showing wear and tear. Worn carpet, furniture with scuff marks, scuffed baseboards and walls, shower door that wouldn't stay closed, etc. We wondered if they give the lower quality rooms to hotels.com because of the lower price?
