"Large room with comfortable bed and smart tv. The room was quiet. In the Apartment was only one more room renting and we only saw each other first day. There are Lidl and Billa supermarkets around the corner and tons of dining options all around."

"出張で宿泊しました。 フロントがないアパートメントタイプのホテルです。部屋は広く清潔でした。また立地に関しても地下鉄の駅目の前でスーパーも目の前にあり、申し分なかったです。 しかし、宿泊に関する情報（部屋番号解錠番号）が届きませんでした。同じ日程で同ホテルを予約していた同僚の基に2部屋分の情報が届きましたので、その1つを使用することで宿泊できました。 もし、単独だった場合を考えると非常に恐怖を感じます。 Hotels.comのアプリの問い合わせ欄からメール（メッセージ）を出しましたが、まったく反応がありませんでした。 アプリのチャットから問い合わせしても旅程が開始しているためとのことで解決する回答は一切なし。 今回は結果的に問題なかったですが、次回以降はこのホテルを予約することはないでしょう。 それどころかHotels.comに対する不信感しかありません。 正直、Hotels.com経由で宿泊予約を躊躇します。 皆様、気を付けてください。 "
